  • Oversee development and management of blockchain and related decentralized technology and DLT software applications for Web3 decentralized systems guiding the success of software products and leading a cross-functional team;
  • Lead development and innovation of new applications that align with the company’s strategic goals and meet market needs;
  • Manage team of software engineers and quality assurance specialist;
  • Perform analysis of business requirements;
  • Develop product vision and roadmap strategy;
  • Manage prioritization and backlogs;
  • Drive product initiatives from concept to launch and beyond;
  • Communicate with executive team;
  • Develop team leadership;
  • Risk management;
  • Manage budget.

This is a fully remote position with travel to client sites required 5% of time.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Transportation or a related technical field plus 60 months of progressive experience in any job title that provides experience in blockchain product management or blockchain project management plus expertise in Project Management Software and systems;
  • Deep understanding of blockchain evolution and trends;
  • Knowledge of blockchain and DLT software development;
  • Expertise in crypto hybrid-custody and Multi Party Computation.
